_ Works are sold unframed.

 

_ Purchases can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

 

_ Once a work is purchased, the packaging and shipping process generally takes one to three business days.

 

_ To package a canvas painting, I use tissue paper, bubble wrap, and cardboard.

 

_ To package a painting on paper or panel, I use tissue paper and cardboard sheets.

 

_ All works are shipped via the Spanish postal service. I do not use private express shipping companies, as this would significantly increase the selling price of my works.

 

_ Orders usually take between one and two weeks to Europe. And between two weeks to a month (sometimes longer) if the destination is outside Europe.

 

_ If you don't receive your order within the usual timeframe, please contact me. I will file a claim with the postal service to request information and expedite the arrival of the package at its destination. I will wait for the postal service's response with the relevant explanations, which may take a few extra weeks. Of course, I will keep you informed of the entire process.

 

In these specific cases, the arrival of your package may take a little over two months. Please be understanding and patient. Sometimes there are mail backups on special dates or minor incidents, but these things rarely happen. Packages eventually arrive at their destination.

 

_ If you are not satisfied with the painting you received, you can return it within seven days. As soon as I receive the painting you returned to me in optimal condition, your payment will be refunded, never before.

_ Remember, I'm an independent artisan and I make a living solely from my work. I don't receive payments from any art gallery, nor do I receive any help or grants. I have no bosses or employees; I'm the only one involved in this artistic story.
